VILLA ROMANZA is filled with stately furnishings; the dining table comfortably seats 10, a wood-burning fireplace, stunning vaulted boveda ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house. The Casita (cottage) is equipped as a full gym, bathroom, shower and sauna. And there is NO TV....very Romantic...

Lush, PRIVATE grounds boast huge flowering trees, palms, flowers, cacti and dozens of terra-cotta pots. The pool has a swim-up bar.

RENT includes a housekeeper once/week, gardener, internet access, most utilities
(with the exception of propane for long-termers), purified water, basic phone.
There is a single garage and lots of parking. All you will need is your food, vino or cervesas.
